Total time: 17 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 2 salmon filets
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp soy sauce or coconut amino
  • 1 tbsp satsuma juice (approx. 1 satsuma)
  • 1 tsp satsuma zest (approx. 1 satsuma)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
Directions:
    1. Add all ingredients, except for salmon, salt, pepper, and paprika to a small bowl and mix together.
    2. Season the salmon filets with salt, pepper, and paprika. Then coat in half the marinade and set it aside.
    3. Spray the air fryer with a little cooking spray and preheat to 400°F.
    4. Place your salmon in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.
    5. Brush with the remaining marinade and cook for 5-6 minutes or until the salmon is fully cooked.
    Don't have an air fryer? Cook in an oven at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
