- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup satsuma juice (approx. 3 satsumas)
- 2 1/2 tbsp satsuma zest (approx. 3 satsumas)
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water
