- 1 lb chicken pieces
- 2 tbsp satsuma juice
- 1 tbsp satsuma zest
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 3 clove minced
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 2 tsp thyme
- 2 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 satsuma slices (approx. 1 satsuma)

- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Clean the chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and coat the chicken.
- Marinate overnight or at least 30 minutes.
