Ingredients:
1pound chicken pieces
2tablespoons satsuma juice
1tablespoon satsuma zest
1tablespoon lemon zest
3cloves minced
1 1/2teaspoon paprika
1 1/2teaspoon rosemary
2teaspoons thyme
2teaspoons parsley, chopped
1 1/2teaspoon salt
1 1/2teaspoon pepper
1/4cup vegetable oil
1 satsuma slices (approx. 1 satsuma)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Clean the chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and coat the chicken.
Marinate overnight or at least 30 minutes.
