Warm Citrus Cider Recipe

This delicious cider is the perfect way to warm up those chilly days and nights!

Cook time: 10 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 1 tablespoon satsuma juice
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 2 satsuma slices
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 star anise
  • apple slices for granish
  • 4 satsuma slices for garnish (approx. 1 satsuma)
  • Optional: 8oz bourbon
Directions:
    1. Place apple cider, satsuma juice, cranberries, cinnamon stick, cloves, and star anise in a small pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and let simmer for 10 minutes.
    2. Strain into a pitcher and serve warm. Garnish with apple slices, satsuma slices and a cinnamon stick.
